This noble house, the largest in the Sitio, is finished in the grand but austere Ilocano manner. Its wide windows and spacious bedrooms and two livingrooms overlook the Plaza de Manzanilla, commanding a sweeping view of the South China Sea, and its fiery sunsets. There is a garden-bathroom in the first floor.
Batac is known for its famous sons Gen. Artemio Ricarte, Bishop Gregorio Aglipay, President Ferdinand Marcos, among many others. the wedding portrait of Mariano and Remedios Cuanang was rendered by National Artist Bencab in his inimitable Larawan style, and is the focal point of the ground floor living room. The famous Basi Revolt of 1807 was waged in the eastern town of Piddig to protest the government’s monopoly of the wine industry. This one story house features dainty cut wood (callado) on the entry porch. In honor of its first occupant, Cecille Licad, the piano virtuoso, the bedroom is named Kuarto ni Cecille where an upright piano takes pride of place in the living room. Crocheted items, glass light fixtures, and oil portraits of women give this house a soft and graceful character.

This house has a spacious front balcony finished in cement tiles from San Nicolas. The town of Bacarra is located immediately north of Laoag, the capital city, and boasts of a large church, and a belfry, finished in red bricks, which has leaned, and crumbled over the centuries. This one storey house is made from wood salvaged from a Bacarra house. The façade is made unique by diamond shaped etchings made directly onto the wood. The Living Room features pictures of nautilus shells and other object by the famous fashion photographer Wig Tysman. The bedroom is called Kuarto ni Antonia in honor of its first occupant, Antonia Bersola-Babao.
