The plaza is the focal point of the sitio. The houses and other buildings around the plaza are made of vintage bricks and wood salvaged from mid-century structures from around Ilocos Norte. A replica of the Spanish watchtowers dotting the coastline pf the South China Sea was also erected towards one side of the beachfront with a windswept viewing deck for fiery Ilocos sunsets and the cool moonlit nights.

The main plaza fronting the chapel, and the beach front, is the focal point of the Sitio. Stone buttresses patterned after that of the Paoay Church line three sides, and the entire plaza is paved with flat coral stones in irregular shapes sourced from the northern town of Pasuquin, home of biscocho, salt, and the ruins of its ancient church (which was constructed from the same coral stones). Manzanilla bushes are planted around the plaza, along with escarlatinas (Ilocano variety of bougainvillea in a rich shade of scarlet). Cultural presentations, large parties and receptions may be held at the plaza.
